The CT26 STAT3-Luc Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the CT26.WT cell line with the reporter gene/protein STAT3-Luc. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a STAT3-Luc reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
