Research on the Human Tonsil Endothelial Cells is essential to the study of tonsillar hypertrophy, chronic tonsillitis, IgA vasculitis (Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura), post-tonsillectomy hemorrhage, and EBV-infected endothelial complications. The tonsils are two round masses of lymphoid tissue in the back of the throat, near the entrance of the respiratory and digestive tract. It acts as a first line of immune defense against inhaled and ingested pathogens. The Human Tonsil Endothelial Cells are to be used with Human Tonsil Endothelial Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0165). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
