Research on the Mouse Follicular Theca Cells is essential to the study of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) models, hyperandrogenism, follicular atresia, luteinization defects, and ovarian steroidogenesis disorders. The ovaries are paired female reproductive organs, located on either side of the uterus. It produces and releases oocytes, which are then captured by the fallopian tubes. The ovaries also produce key hormones, such as estrogen and progesterone, which are important for maintaining female health and supporting the development of female characteristics. The Mouse Follicular Theca Cells are to be used with Mouse Follicular Theca Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0550). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
