Reagents

Cell culture reagents support the routine handling, maintenance, and optimization of in vitro cell models. Ascent Research provides a focused selection of cell culture reagents for researchers working with primary cells, cell lines, and specialized culture systems. This subcategory includes supplements, dissociation reagents, antibiotics, coating solutions, balanced salt solutions, and selected growth factors used during cell recovery, passaging, expansion, and experimental preparation.

Our cell culture supplements are used to adjust media formulations and provide additional nutritional or biochemical support according to cell type and experimental design. Available reagent types may include L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, non-essential amino acids, insulin-transferrin-selenium, serum-related supplements, albumin, transferrin, and other defined additives. These reagents can be used with basal media or specialized media systems to support cell growth, viability, and functional consistency.

For cell handling and passaging, Ascent Research offers commonly used cell dissociation reagents such as trypsin-EDTA, Accutase, non-enzymatic cell dissociation solutions, trypsin neutralizing solution, and related reagents for adherent cell culture. Antibiotic and selection reagents, including penicillin-streptomycin, antibiotic-antimycotic solutions, puromycin, geneticin, hygromycin B, and blasticidin, may also be available to support routine culture maintenance or engineered cell workflows.

We also provide extracellular matrix and coating solutions for culture surface preparation. These may include collagen, fibronectin, laminin, gelatin, poly-L-lysine, poly-D-lysine, and other matrix coating reagents used to improve cell attachment and support morphology for sensitive or attachment-dependent cell types. For defined culture conditions, selected recombinant growth factors, cytokines, and protein supplements such as EGF, FGF2, VEGF, PDGF, TGF-beta, LIF, SCF, M-CSF, GM-CSF, BDNF, and NGF may be available depending on application needs.

Together, these cell culture reagents, supplements, coating materials, dissociation solutions, antibiotics, and recombinant proteins provide practical support for cell culture optimization and reproducible in vitro research. Ascent Research can help researchers select appropriate reagents based on the cell type, culture format, and experimental workflow.
