Research on the Mouse Oligodendrocytes is essential to the study of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), hypoxic-ischemic white matter injury, toxin-induced demyelination (e.g., cuprizone model), and spinal cord injury models. The brain is the main component of the central nervous system (CNS) and is located within the cranial cavity. It consists of several major parts: the cerebrum, diencephalon, cerebellum, and brainstem. The brain is responsible for processing information, regulating bodily functions, and enabling cognition, emotions, and behavior. Together with the spinal cord, the brain forms the central nervous system. The Mouse Oligodendrocytes are to be used with Mouse Oligodendrocyte Medium (Cat. No. ACM0619). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
