Short Description

Calu-6 is a cancer cell line of human lung adenocarcinoma, derived from the metastatic site, pleural effusion.Calu-6 is a cancer cell line of human lung adenocarcinoma, derived from the metastatic site, pleural effusion. Antimycin A (AMA) was shown to inhibit the growth of Calu-6 cells, possibly via inducing a G1 arrest of the cell cycle and apoptosis[1].
