Research on the Rat Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells is essential to the study of endothelium dysfunction, coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease, atherosclerosis, myocardial ischemia, coronary microvascular dysfunction, and stent restenosis. The coronary arteries are the blood vessels that supply the heart muscle with oxygen-rich blood. They are divided into the left and right branches and encircle the heart in a pattern of “crown”. Narrowing or blockage of the coronary arteries can lead to coronary artery disease (CAD), with common symptoms such as chest pain (angina) and shortness of breath. In severe cases, it may result in myocardial infarction (heart attack) or heart failure. The Rat Coronary Artery Endothelial Cells are to be used with Rat Coronary Artery Endothelial Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0195). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
