Short Description 🔒

MT-4 is a T cell line transformed by human T-lymphotropic virus I (HTLV-1). The cells were originally isolated from a 50 year old Japanese male with adult T-cell leukemia, and then co-cultured with male umbilical cord lymphocytes.
