Genome-edited Cells
Breast (mammary gland)
The 4T1 Luciferase Stable Cell Line (4T1-luc) is generated by insert the luciferase reporter gene into 4T1 cell line, a mouse breast cancer cell line. After selection and expansion, 4T1-luc cells stably express luciferase, which is typically used to label and track the host cells and widely used in in vivo imaging.
