The Cas9-GFP Overexpression A-549 Stable Cell Line is an overexpression cell line. The gene/protein Cas9-GFP was overexpressed in the A-549 cell line by lentiviral transduction or other editing tools. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become an overexpression stable cell line.
