The Hep-G2 eGFP-Luc Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the Hep-G2 cell line with the reporter gene/protein eGFP-Luc. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become an eGFP-Luc reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
