The MDA-MB-453 Luciferase Stable Cell Line is generated by transducing luciferase gene into MDA-MB-453 cell line, a human breast cancer cell line. After selection and expansion, the modified cells are able to stably express luciferase, which is used to label and track the target cells. This cell lines are widely used in <em>in vivo</em> bioluminescence imaging (BLI). <br> <br> Host Cell: MDA-MB-453 (synonym: MDA-MB 453; MDA MB 453; MDA-MB453; MDAMB453; MDA-453; MDA453)
