The Raji Luciferase Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the Raji cell line with the reporter gene/protein Luciferase. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a Luciferase reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis. Raji Cell Line a Burkitt lymphoma cell line carrying latent Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) genome, but it is typically considered a non-producer cell line.
