The Ascent Human Thymic Epithelial Cell Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Human Thymic Epithelial Cells in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
