The Ascent Mouse Intestinal MyoFibroblast Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Mouse Intestinal Myofibroblasts in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 50mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
