L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine (Ala-Gln) is dipeptide substitue for L-glutamine, referred to as stable glutamine. It is stable in aquenous solution, avoiding side effect (such as toxin) from spontaneously degradation of L-glutamine. When cells need L-glutamine, they hydrolyze Ala-Gln into L-alanine and L-glutamine using cell peptidases. We provide a 200mM L-Alanyl-L-Glutamine stock solution. Please dilute it to your desired working concentration (typically 1-4mM) before use.
