Primary Cells
Homo sapiens (Human)
Peripheral nervous system (spinal nerve)
Research on the Human Perineurial Cells is essential to the study of compressive neuropathies (e.g., carpal tunnel syndrome), hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (HNPP), perineuriomas, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and post-traumatic nerve fibrosis. The spinal cord is a long and cylindrical cord of nerve tissue enclosed in a tubular structure, called the spinal canal. It extends from the base of the brain to the lower back and acts as a communication channel that transmits nerve signals between the brain and the rest of the body. The Human Perineurial Cells are to be used with Human Perineurial Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0104). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
