Research on the Rat Endothelial Progenitor Cells is essential to the study of post-ischemic vascular repair, diabetic vasculopathy, pulmonary hypertension, stroke recovery, and wound healing impairment. Bone marrow is a soft, spongy tissue found within the hollow spaces of bones (trabecular cavities of bones and the medullary cavities of long bones). It is composed of various types of cells and reticular connective tissue. Bone marrow is classified into red bone marrow and yellow bone marrow, and primarily functions in hematopoiesis, immune regulation, and nutrient storage. Red bone marrow is responsible for producing red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets, while yellow bone marrow mainly consists of fat and can convert into red bone marrow under certain conditions to support hematopoiesis. The Rat Endothelial Progenitor Cells are to be used with Rat Endothelial Progenitor Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0349). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
