The CT26 Luciferase Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the CT26 cell line with the reporter gene/protein OVA. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become an OVA reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
