The Ascent Human Epidermal Melanocyte Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Human Epidermal Melanocytes in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 25mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
