Research on the Human Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts is essential to the study of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, congenital myopathies, inclusion body myositis, metabolic myopathies (e.g., McArdle disease), and exercise adaptation studies. Skeletal muscle is one of the three muscle tissues in the body, the other two are cardiac muscle and smooth muscle. It attaches to bones to enable movement. The Human Skeletal Muscle Myoblasts are to be used with Human Skeletal Muscle Myoblast Medium (Cat. No. ACM0162). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
