Spleen
Research on the Human Splenic Fibroblasts is essential to the study of splenic fibrosis (e.g., myelofibrosis), autoimmune splenitis (e.g., lupus), post-splenectomy thrombocytosis, and lymphoma-associated stromal remodeling. The spleen is an organ of the lymphatic and blood system, located in the upper left side of your abdomen. It is able to produce blood cells, store and filter blood, and protect the body from infection. The Human Splenic Fibroblasts are to be used with Human Splenic Fibroblast Medium (Cat. No. ACM0164). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
