Joint (synovium)
Research on the Human Synoviocytes is essential to the study of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, synovial sarcoma, and pigmented villonodular synovitis. The synovium, or synovial membrane, is the soft tissue lining the inner spaces of joint capsules, joint bursae, and tendon sheaths. It is the area that inflammatory joint diseases are related to, including rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and spondyloarthritis (SpA). The Human Synoviocytes are to be used with Human Synoviocyte Medium (Cat. No. ACM0157). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
