The JIMT-1 Luciferase Stable Cell Line is generated by transducing luciferase gene into JIMT-1 cells, a human breast ductal carcinoma cell line. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a Luciferase reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
