Research on the Mouse Follicular Theca Cells is essential to the study of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) models, hyperandrogenism, follicular atresia, luteinization defects, and ovarian steroidogenesis disorders. The ovaries are paired female reproductive organs, located on either side of the uterus. It produces and releases oocytes, which are then captured by the fallopian tubes.
