The periodontal ligament (PDL) is the connective tissue that connects the tooth root to the alveolar bone. It plays a significant role in holding the tooth in place and absorbing the biting forces. The Mouse Periodontal Ligament Fibroblasts are to be used with Mouse Periodontal Ligament Fibroblast Medium (Cat. No. ACM0638). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
