Research on the Mouse Vaginal Dermal Fibroblasts is essential to the study of pelvic organ prolapse, vaginal atrophy (post-menopausal), stress urinary incontinence, vaginal wound healing disorders, and radiation-induced fibrosis. The skin is the largest organ of the body, covering the entire external surface. It has three layers: epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis. The skin functions in protection, temperature regulation, sensory perception, immunology, and the production of vitamin D. The Mouse Vaginal Dermal Fibroblasts are to be used with Mouse Vaginal Dermal Fibroblast Medium (Cat. No. ACM0553). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
