The NCI-H1299 Cas9-GFP Expressing Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the NCI-H1299 cell line with the reporter gene/protein Cas9-GFP. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a Cas9-GFP reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
