Genome-edited Cells
The NIH 3T3 Luciferase Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the NIH 3T3 cell line with the reporter gene/protein Luciferase. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a Luciferase reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
