The SK-MEL-28 Luciferase Stable Cell Line is a derivative of the SK-MEL-28 cell line with the reporter gene/protein Luciferase. After selection and expansion, the modified cells become a Luciferase reporter stable cell line. The reporter gene is typically used to label and track the host cells or tag the proteins for function analysis.
Host Cell: SK-MEL-28 (Synonym: SK.MEL.28; SK-MEL 28; SK MEL-28; SK MEL 28; SKMEL-28; SK-MEL28; SK Mel28; SKMEL28; SKML-28; SK28; AU-Mel; P-36; P36)
Gene Modification Type: Reporter
