Research on the Mouse Schwann Cells is essential to the study of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP), traumatic nerve injury, and schwannomas (including NF2-related vestibular schwannomas). The sciatic nerve is a large nerve in the body. It originates in the lower back and travels posteriorly through the lower limb. Sciatica, a common condition causing pain, occurs when the sciatic nerve is compressed or irritated. The Mouse Schwann Cells are to be used with Mouse Schwann Cell Medium (Cat. No. ACM0612). This product is intended for laboratory in vitro use only. It is not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical applications.
