The Ascent Human Choroid Plexus Fibroblast Medium is a sterile, liquid culture medium optimized for the maintenance of Human Uterine Fibroblasts in vitro. It consists of 500mL of basal medium, 10mL of FBS, 5mL of growth supplement, and 5mL of penicillin/streptomycin solution.
